Hi guys. Yesterday my class were drawing our own mythical creatures. We were learning how to make a mythical creature thinking about their purpose and attributes. First we had to draw two or tree animals combined together and make them into our own creature. The features we put onto our animal, we had to know what its purpose was for being on our mythical creature it couldn't just be because we liked it. We also had to write down the colors of our creature, what it eats and we also give our creature a name. I am really glad i'm doing this for my reading, because I love to draw and to create new things. Thank you !

Digital Ignition
Hi guys, this term the year 6 have been doin digital ignition with a lady called Lyn. Some of the things we learnt in digital ignition I knew from last year, but I did learn some new things. I knew that 1 meant on and 0 meant off. I have also learnt that green means on and purple means off. Computers only understand off and on In 1, 0 or green, purple. Using the on and off method we used a word to create algorithms. The year 6 were then able to control a m bot by using the code they created. It was very challenging trying to control the m bot because it was hard to get the move right. Every time we entered the code the m bot went the right way. Although it was challenging I really liked the past few weeks spending time with Lyn and her m bots.

Hi guys, I have been working on a water cycle in Mrs Mclachlan Reading group. I decided to turn my water cycle into a animation.
Hi guys, I have been working on a water cycle in Mrs Mclachlan Reading group. I decided to turn my water cycle into a animation.
It was pretty easy for me to do, but I put in to much pages on to my animation, i'm pretty sure I had 208 pages on my animation.
I have learnt that water vapor from the rain falls into the clouds, then the water vapor turns into droplet and they combine together when it gets cooler. After when they combine together it gets heavy and it falls out of the sky and that is how rain work.
Anyway I think I have done really good in my reading, I am also very proud of myself. It would be awesome If you commented on my water cycle animation. Thank you !
